Responsible Gaming

Play for Fun, Stay in Control

At spass.ph, we want your gaming experience—including popular titles like Super Ace—to remain safe, entertaining, and positive. Gambling should always be treated purely as a form of leisure and entertainment, never as an investment, an alternative source of income, or a solution to financial difficulties.

The outcomes of casino games depend strictly on chance. Winning is never guaranteed, and it is impossible to predict or manipulate results. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never risk funds allocated for essential living expenses such as rent, food, bills, or savings.

Strict Age Restrictions: 21+ in the Philippines

Under Philippine law and guidelines established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the legal age to participate in licensed online and land-based gambling activities is 21 years old. Individuals under the age of 21, as well as students and government officials, are strictly prohibited from gambling.

We encourage parents and guardians to protect minors by utilizing content-filtering software, such as:

• Net Nanny
• CyberPatrol
• GamBlock

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Compulsive gambling can develop gradually. Review this self-assessment checklist to evaluate whether gambling may be negatively impacting your life:

• Chasing losses: Returning to play immediately to win back money you have lost.
• Financial strain: Spending money meant for bills, borrowing money, or selling possessions to gamble.
• Loss of control: Finding it difficult to stop or step away, even when you planned to.
• Secrecy: Hiding the extent of your gambling, bets, or financial losses from family and friends.
• Escapism: Gambling as a coping mechanism to escape stress, depression, anxiety, or loneliness.
• Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, studies, or personal commitments due to gaming sessions.
• Irritability: Feeling restless, agitated, or anxious when attempting to cut down or stop playing.

Player Protection and Self-Help Tools

Reputable, licensed platforms provide safety features to help you maintain control over your habits. We strongly encourage players to configure these controls proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Restrict the maximum amount of money you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on how much you are willing to lose within a set timeframe.
• Reality Checks & Session Timers: Receive on-screen notifications reminding you of how long you have been actively playing.
• Time-Out / Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily lock access to your gaming account for periods ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily ban yourself from gaming platforms for extended periods (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently).
